Australia Shipping Update under new regulation

Australian Vaping Laws
Australian Vaping Laws are changing from 1 October 2021. From this date you will need a prescription from an Australian doctor registered to prescribe nicotine under the Australian Government Scheme in order for PuffMart to be able to fulfill your order.


How does it work? As easy as 1-2-3.
Step 1: Place your order from PuffMart as you normally would.
Please make sure your account name is your legal name and that it matches the name on the prescription. We cannot ship orders where the customer name and prescription name do not match.

Step 2: Do you have a prescription?

Already have a prescription?
Simply email us a copy of your prescription to info@puffmart.co.nz . Once you have sent us a valid prescription we will hold it on file for you and you don’t need to do this step again. We will send you a reminder 4 to 6 weeks before your prescription expires.

Need to get a prescription?
Get one online from Quit Clinics Doctors or from a registered authorised prescribing Australian Doctor. Normally Quit Clinics prescriptions are processed within 24 hours. Once you receive this please send us a copy to info@puffmart.co.nz. If you have already sent us a valid prescription, we will hold it on file for you and you don’t need to do this step again. We will send you a reminder 4 to 6 weeks before your prescription expires.

Step 3: Order complete. Sit back & relax
You will receive a shipping confirmation from PuffMart when your order has been processed and it will be shipped to you via DHL express. Sit back and relax.

Additional Fees

At the unlikely event, we may require you to pay shipping fees should you have provided us an address that does not accurately charge you the correct shipping fee. Should this occur, we may place your order on hold and will contact you (via phone/email) to let you know.
